Over 3/4 of the population lives in North Island. 1/3 of the total lives in Auckland. While the rest lives in main cities like Wellington , Christchurch and Hamilton.
Thanks for sharing these great facts about New Zealand with us. I did not realise that three-quarters of the population live in the North Island. That's quite a startling statistic! I wonder what it is like to live down south. It must be very quiet!
