Different story starters

WALT - write an interesting story

While the sun was setting on a warm evening, I could feel the air turn cold. As I said goodbye to the sun,  a gust of wind then hit my face. I could feel it going down my spine making me shake as the sky turned dark. Pitch black was all I could see as the stars shined as bright as a diamond making light for me.

This week for our writing we're learning how to write with different story starters. This was just the beginning of my story. I tried very hard to make my story interesting and have different vocabulary.

Ear Bud Art

Technique
- First I dipped 5 cotton buds into the paint and started to dab it on the paper. I then tried to make them fade.


Colour
-The colour I used was very different which was a yellow mixed with red and orange. The red made the orange look very weird but the out come was very surprising.


Success
-The way the colours came out was very amazing. I also liked the colour of the ground.


What I need help on
- I need to work on how to draw a tree and not to make the texture fade away.
